ii Sanitation Equip
108 Bar glass washer not operation correctly (no heater, no sanitizer)
All glassware must be handwashed in the bleach solution until the glass washer is repaired (as discussed with Thelma and the bar maid)
108 Kitchen dishwasher not reaching the required temperature and no sanitizer present.
Please have dishwasher serviced and until corrected wash all dishes by hand with final rinse in 50ppm min chlorine solution
(as demonstrated)
