No concerns at the time of the inspection.

The temperature logs were well maintained and up-to-date. They indicated that there was no refrigeration issues the day of the complaint.
All protective temperatures met health requirements at the time of the inspection.
The handwashing basins were well stocked with soap and paper towel.
The operator had good knowledge of proper cooling practices, and was using them at the time of the inspection.
It was the busiest night of the year and there were no other complaints for the same night at the facility, despite serving many other of the same meals.
