Premises is currently not operating and in preparation for renovations. Met with operator on site to discuss proposed renovations and inspect the kitchen area. Some evidence of rodents was noted in the kitchen area. Ensure that the premises is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before operation begins for the summer season. Approval for the proposed BBQ setup is required prior to operation.
