Comments:
Very good improvement noticed.
Dishwashing area: very good improvement, ceiling area cleaned, shelving still requires mactac.
Back storage area: Has been reorganized. Bags or rice have been removed from under light. Old equipment has been removed.
Staff washroom: Floor tile will be replaced within one month. Has been tidied up. Ceiling tile to be repalced and old carpet backing to be removed by December 12th.
Food storage in cooler and freezer is very good. Remove build-up in freezer doorway.
Back storage area: Mactac on shelving also still needed.
