Observation: Food was widely being stored on ice and noted at above acceptable temperatures. One potentially hazardous food product was being stored at room temperature in oil.
Corrective Action: Safe temperature control of potentially hazardous food should be maintained at all times. The above arrangement is not acceptable and some food product was discarded as a result of poor temperature control.
110   Food Not Protected - General
Observation: Sprouts were being grown on a shelf above the open prep cooler giving risk of contamination from dirt.
Corrective Action: Sprouts should be removed from this area to a more suitable location.

Corrective Action: This should now be carried out.
