Observation: Inadequate handwashing facilities – there is no soap available for use in the bar area.
Corrective Action: Handbasins must be kept clean and supplied with liquid soap and paper towels at all times during operation.

Comments:

All coolers and freezers are maintained at the proper temperature. General cleanliness and maintenance of the facility is good.
Dishwasher is operating at the proper temperature for sanitizing dishes; glasswasher (bar) has an adequate concentration of chlorine.
A new floor and handwash station have been installed in the downstairs food prep area as requested on the previous inspection.
