Observation: a)In the dry storage room some chemicals and the empty bottles are being stored beside some food items. b) Wiping clothes are not being stored in the sanitizer solution.
Corrective Action: a)Store all the cleaning chemicals away from food and make a designated space for the empty bottles away from the food items. b) Store wiping clothes in the sanitizer solution all the times.

Comments:

All temperatures are meeting health requirements. Temperature logs are being maintained for the refrigeration equipment. The line cooler was broken at the time of this inspection but all the food had been taken out of this cooler as a corrective action.
