Comments:
All works completed with the exception of new reach-in fridge door seals. At the time of inspection, the top line sauce cooler had been switched off to defrost and had not been turned on again in safe time. Sauces noted at +18C - agreed to be discarded by proprietor. Defective freezer noted on last inspection report now no longer being used.
