Corrective Action: Items still outstanding: finishing sanding and painting dry wall patches on the walls, replacing the burned out lights, and light covers, Painting the shelf above the sink and refilling the paper towel dispenser.
Observation: Wiping rags for the espresso machine are not being changed as often as they need to be.
Corrective Action: Wiping rags need to be changed at least every 2 hours.
