Corrective Action: Develop written sanitation procedures within a week and send a copy of the procedures to the EHO for a review.

Comments:

This inspection was done at the request of the operator. This operation has relocated from # 4- 1020 Millar Creek Rd to this existing Permitted Food Service Establishment.
In compliance items:
- A written food safety plan is available.
- Mechanical dishwasher is providing >50 ppm chlorine in the rinse cycle.
- Hand washing facilities satisfactory.
- Fridge is running at less than 4 degree Celsius.
- Freezer running below -18 degree Celsius.
- Thermometers available in both cooling units.
- Operator is Foodsafe certified.
- No signs of any pest infestation.

A commercial ventilation hood is not available in this establishment . A permit is issued to this establishment with the following condition.
- No grease laden vapors permitted.

Any menu items producing excessive grease laden vapors required to be removed to make sure that this facility complies with the section 4 (f) of the Food Premises Regulation which requires every Food Premises to be equipped with ventilation equipment that is adequate to prevent the accumulation of smoke, grease, water vapours and objectionable odours.
