- Wall-mounted liquid handsoap and paper towel dispenser provided at handwash sink
- 3-compartment sink provided for manual dishwashing
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles provided for sanitizing food contact surfaces
- Cooked soup hot-holding above 65C
- Walk-in fridge temperature recorded 4C
- Food storage well organized (foods covered, labeled, dated)
- Cooler temperatures monitored daily by staff
- Sandwich display cooler recorded 6C (should be maintained at 4C, or below. Operator said cooler had just been open a lot after a busy lunch rush).
- Foodsafe certified staff on-site
- Mop sink accessible and functioning
- Single service dishes and utensils provided for food service (not approved for multi-use dishware)
