Observation: The size of the hot water tank is only 10 Liters. This hot water tank is not capable of supplying adequate quantity of hot water to meet the needs of the premises. This is a continues uncorrected violation.
Corrective Action: Increase the size of the hot water tank or take comparable corrective measures to ensure that the premises has adequate amount of hot water to meet the needs of premises.
302   One staff has Foodsafe in Operators absence (Sec 10 (2))
Observation: The only person working on the premises does not have food safe training. This is a continues uncorrected violation. This operator has previously been issued a violation ticket for the same offense.
Corrective Action: The operator must make sure that there is at least one employee with foodsafe certification working on site during operating hours of restaurant. A formal order served to the operator. The operator must correct this violation before 13 May, 2014 in order to avoid further enforcement action.

Follow up inspection. Operator Atesh and Ozge not available at the time of this inspection.

The following items from the previous inspection has been corrected:
- No running water observed from the tap in the mop sink.
- The platform underneath the mixer has been cleaned.

A formal order issued to the operator to correct these violations before 13th May, 2014.
