Corrective Action: Please make 100 ppm bleach solution available in a spray bottle or a sanitizer bucket to sanitize the frequently touched surfaces and food contact surfaces more frequently.

Observation: The hand washing station in the kitchen is now accessible but no soap has been provided on this sink. Paper towel is not provided in the dispenser.

Comments:

The following item from the previous routine inspection has now been corrected:

Sushi display cooler is running at < 4 degree Celsius.
Old newspapers have now been removed from underneath the prep sink.

The following items still need to addressed:
