Comments:
A site visit was conducted to collect a food sample for routine bacteriological screening:
- Carrot and pear soup.
As follow-up from the recent renovation, the following items were noted:
- Oven has been moved back to eliminate hard to reach corner.
- Splash guard now in place between fryers and prep cooler.
- Unfinished dry wall has been painted.
- Electrical covers are in place.
- Stainless cladding has been installed on the wall to the floor.
Also noted during this inspection:
- Refrigeration temperatures measured <4C.
- Hot holding temperatures measured >60C.
- Thermometers noted in all coolers.
- Quat sanitizing solution tested 200ppm.
