Comments:
Follow-up inspection conducted this date. The cooler has been properly repaired. The cooling insert temperatures are able to meet the regulatory requirements during peak hours of operation. Hot holding also meets regulatory requirements at time of inspection. The potato condiment station is now being run via time controls such that the food is properly turned over. Temperature logs have been redesigned and will be assessed during the next routine inspection.
