Inspection and meeting with general manager, to review plans for new pizza bistro installation in front service area of restaurant. Plans submitted for review. Approval letter provided. New Bistro area can operate once EHO inspection has been conducted and final approval given. Supplementary Permit provided, with following conditions: 1) Wooden prep table be used for preparation of pizza dough and pizza assembly only.
2) Any additional food prep to be conducted in main kitchen. 3) All potentially hazardous food to be maintained at 4C, or below.
4) Food Safety Plan for pizzas, must be submitted for review and approval.
