Corrective Action: This violation must be corrected with in day of this inspection.

Observation: The mop sink is not being used for its intended purpose. A lot of non food related items are being stored in the mop sink.
Corrective Action: The mop sink must not be used for its intended purpose and all the ski board be removed from the mop sink. This must be corrected within 1 day from the date of this inspection.
121  Critical Repeat Inadequate food safety training - staff
Observation: The only food handler working at the time of this inspection is not food safe certified.
Corrective Action: There must be at least one food safe certified food handler working onsite all the times. As per information provided by the employee, there is usually only one person working at this facility. It requires all the employees to get Food Safe Level 1 certificate in order to meet the requirements in the Food Premises Regulation. Within 1 month from the date of this inspection, all the employees should be food safe level 1 certified. Alternatively, an employee schedule indicating at least one certified person on site all the times will be considered as an acceptable proof of compliance.

1. The sanitizer spray bottle is labelled and has 100 ppm chlorine concentration.

The following items have not been corrected:
1. The employee washroom has no soap available- This violation must be corrected in 1 day from the date of this inspection.
2. The mop sink is still not being used to store the non food related items. This violation must be corrected within one day of the date of this inspection.
3. None of the employee is Food Safe Level 1 certified.
