Observation: The lid of one of the chest freezer in the kitchen is broken.
Corrective Action: The lid of the chest freezer should be replaced/repaired.

Comments:

General observations/incompliance items:
1. All temperatures are meeting health requirements.
2. Temperature logs are being maintained.
3. The dishwasher is sanitizing at more than 71 Degree Celsius on the dishes.
4. The sanitizer dispenser/spray bottles have more than 200 ppm quat concentration.
5. Food storage practices are satisfactory.
6. The hand washing stations have soap and paper towel available.
7. Temperature monitoring is done using a laser thermometer. The operator to ensure that all the refrigeration and freezing units have its own thermometer in it.
8. Facility is generally well maintained.
9. No concerns observed with the food handling practices at the time of this inspection.
10. Nutritional information for the pre-baked croissants (baked blend croissants) is not available on the product label. The ingredient list for this product indicates the presence of modified palm and canola oil shortening as one of the ingredient.The operator to maintain the nutritional information to comply with the trans fat regulations.

The following items from the last inspection has been corrected:
1. The walk in freezer cooler floor is smooth and easily cleanable.
