Corrective Action: Proper use of sanitizing solution requires that utensils be air dried before they are used to handle food, otherwise store clean utensils dry.

Corrective Action: Ensure that inserts are filled only to the fill line in order to maintain food at or below 4C throughout.

Corrective Action: Repair all affected areas.
