Corrective Action: Alter/repair the sneeze guard so that baked good offered for display are protected from potential contamination. Until sneeze guard is repaired, all baked goods offered for sale must be wrapped up, or stored in closable containers
Observation: Temperature records not complete at time of inspection.
Corrective Action: Ensure that temperature logs (including hot holding) are up to date and available at all times.
