Code 118 noted on Routine inspection of December 29, 2011: the cross connection between the drain hose and the hand sink upstairs has been corrected.

Outstanding items:
1. All shelves in the catering and dry storage area downstairs need to be at least 6 inches off the floor to facilitate cleaning and routine inspections for pest activity.
2. Operator has agreed to install an additional designated hand washing station downstairs.

A follow-up on the re-usable water bottles was conducted with a representative from the supplying company. Written instructions were obtained for mechanical and manual washing and sanitizing of the bottles - copies were provided to the operator today. Ensure that these procedures are being followed.
