Comments:
Follow-up inspection conducted to verify temperatures of the hot holding unit. All food temperatures exceeded 60C (BBQ chicken, chicken pie etc). The owner indicated that the unit has been adjusted to provide better heat distribution. The unit's thermometer still does provide an accurate measurement of the internal temperature - operator has placed an additional thermometer in the unit to facilitate temperature monitoring. There are no outstanding items at this time.
