Overall, this facility is very well run. Sanitation is excellent. The dishwasher is new and achieves an adequate sanitization step. All protective temperatures for food storage met regulatory requirements, thermometers are in all coolers. Food storage is excellent. Hygiene of food handlers is excellent. There was no evidence of pests during the inspection.
