Observation: Bare wood shelves behind the bar are used to store glassware.
Corrective Action: These require shelf liners or a coat of paint so they are smooth, non-porous and can be easily cleaned.

General Observations:
1. General facility was clean, all equipment in good working order.
2. All temperatures met regulatory requirements.
3. Food storage was acceptable.
4. No signs of pests, facility has a pest management program in place.
5. Hand washing station equipped with liquid soap and paper towel.
6. Concentration of chlorine sanitizer tested 100ppm.
7. Dishwasher chlorine sanitizer level was acceptable, 50ppm.
8. Facility has a food safety plan and sanitation plan in place.
9. Temperature logs were complete and up-to-date.
10. Foodsafe certified staff on site.
