Observation: The concentration of the sanitizing solution within the spray bottle located at the coffee bar was 50% too low.
Corrective Action: This should be routinely monitored in line with the sanitation plan.

Observation: Wiping cloths were noted in use or lying idol on food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action: Wiping cloths should be clean, be restricted in use and stored in approved sanitizing solution when not in use.
113   Improper Sanitary Facilities
Observation: The hand washing sink at the coffee bar was not provided with hot water.
Corrective Action: This should now be repaired.
116   Repeat Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: The kitchen generally was in need of cleaning including, fridge interiors, shelves, floor areas and floor drain grates.
Corrective Action: The kitchen should now and routinely be thoroughly cleaned, in line with the sanitation plan and the floor drain system flushed out of all food debris.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: The lighting within the kitchen area is of low intensity and will give rise to risk of improper cleaning.
Corrective Action: The lighting should be assessed and improved in this area.

Observation: The light fitting within the reach-in fridge is not working.
Corrective Action: This should now be repaired.
