Corrective Action: In the interim, provide to this office a written contingency plan, including the supply of extra refrigeration storage space, so that if the unit were to break down again, it can be dealt with quickly and efficiently. |
Comments:
Line cooler has been repaired and maintains 4 degrees or below at time of inspection. For next inspection, provide complete and up to date temperature logs and a more accurate means of measuring temperatures. Clean the upstairs area and provide a fan for the bar area blowing outside to aid in fly control as requested on previous report.
