This follow up inspection was done to assess the effectiveness of rodent control measures.
As per information provided by the operator, the pest control professional has taken steps to plug the holes into the kitchen and the storage area.
No rodent droppings observed in the main kitchen area. As per information provided by the operator, no recently rodent activity seen on the traps.
A couple of rat dropping were observed in the storage room near the hot water tank. The operator advised to clean any new dropping on a regular basis.
The broken ceiling tiles have been replaced in the main kitchen.
The scoop on the ice machine in the storage room is being stored in a container with a lid.
The operator advised to repair the plumbing leak in the walk in cooler on a priority basis because the leakage is causing water damage to the walk in cooler wall.The damaged wall must also be repaired and sealed.
