Initial inspection conducted this date to assess construction of EBCB BBQ station.

All coolers meet temperature regulatory requirements.
Premises is constructed in accordance with plans
The interior of the premises has been properly constructed however ongoing construction is occurring on the patio and on the external wall of the building.
Permit to Operate will be issued once the external construction has been completed or that all construction materials have been removed and the service area/customer area is cleaned and free of obstructions and fenced off from incompatible activities.

finishing items required:
- Some stainless steel finishing work is still required(two caps and some sealing of joints).
- Seal pipe conduits to prevent moisture ingress.
