Follow up inspection.
The following items from the previous inspection report has now been corrected:
- Soap and paper towel in a dispenser provided in the kitchen sink. The soap dispenser still needs to be securely mounted on the wall.
- A new shelving rack provided in the walk in cooler. Food containers are now stored on the shelves.
- The operator has started maintaining temperature logs.
