Comments:

This inspection report covers the Wildflower kitchen, and main production kitchens servicing banquets, in room dining and satelite kitchens.All other hot and cold holding temperatures satisfactory; dishwashing operation satisfactory; premises very well organized; food well protected and labelled. Written food safety and sanitation plans on track; expected to be complete by September 2004.
