Observation: Existing 2 compartment domestic sink is not adequate for existing menu... additional handbasin installed, but no faucet with hot and cold running water at new handbasin.
Corrective Action: 1.Install faucets with hot and cold running water at new handbasin. 2.Confirm in writing that sandwich prep is no longer being carried out.
113   Repeat Improper Sanitary Facilities
Observation: Inadequate handwashing facilities – wall-mounted liquid soap not available at handbasin (wall-mounted paper towel and pump soap available at time of inspection
Corrective Action: Handbasins must be kept clean and supplied with liquid soap and paper towels at all times during operation. Please provide liquid soap at handbasin for handwashing - must be wall mounted.
