Observation: a handbasin must be installed with soap and towel dispensers.

Observation: evidence of FoodSafe training of kitchen staff along with Food safety and sanitation plans must be submitted ASAP.

Comments:

This facility was originally issed a permit conditional to food being served to guests staying at the lodge only. the seating capacity has since doubled and opened to the public and the kitchen has more than doubled in size and renovated without application to or approval from this office. The facility closed yeterday for spring season. The entire kitchen requires a thorough cleaning. Backsplashes must be installed along all counters. All bare wood must be finished to a washable finish. This facility will be reinspected on May 17, 2001
