Corrective Action: Provide glue boards for pest monitoring. Focus on the areas behind equipment in the dry storage area and in the upstairs storage area. |

Comments:
All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Dishwasher reaches 50ppm chlorine as required. New FRP panels installed on kitchen walls and new ceiling tiles have been provided. Premises is generally clean and well maintained.
