Comments:
General Observations:
1. Facility is clean and well maintained.
2. All temperatures met regulatory requirements.
3. Thermometers were noted in all but 1 cooler.
4. Spray bottles tested 100ppm chlorine. Test strips available on site.
5. Hand washing station equipped with liquid soap and paper towel.
6. Foodsafe Certified staff on site (x2)
7. No signs of pests during inspection.
8. Food storage is satisfactory - the dry storage/office area was cluttered and could benefit from better organization.
Items from Previous Report - July 15 2010:
1. Some of the bare wood shelves behind the bar have been lined with paper and are now smooth and washable. Additional liners are required on the remainder of shelves and also on a couple shelves at the server station.
