Items noted at time of inspection:

- Liquid handsoap and paper towels available at handwash stations = good.
- Quats sanitizer used for wiping surfaces = good.
- Food served in the pub is prepared in main Hotel kitchen. No food preparation in Pub.
- Glasswasher uses iodine sanitizing rinse and undergoes weekly maintenance.
- Ensure glasswasher maintains a sanitizing concentration of 12.5ppm iodine (test strips left with operator).
- Facility brews and bottles beer. Returned bottles are washed, rinsed, sanitized and refilled in basement beer production area.
