Observation: Some containers of opened dry goods are stored in the loft without proper sealable containers.
Corrective Action: Ensure that items such as tea, sugar, and coffee and crackers are stored in sealable containers once the box is opened.

Comments:

All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Premises is clean and well maintained. A new steam oven has been provided in this facility that eliminates much of the radiant heat in the kitchen, resulting in better cooling of the adjacent line inserts. An extra storage room has now been added to the back of the building. Currently a fridge and a line cooler are stored in this area along with bottled drinks. The area is well constructed, made of easily cleanable materials and tightly sealed to prevent pests.
