Observation: Many tongs were observed on the grill line after having been previously used.
Corrective Action: Ensure that tongs are replaced regularly (recommend hourly, maximum 2 hours) with cleaned and sanitized utensils.

Comments:

Premises clean and well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Temperature logs are complete and up to date. Dishwasher reaches required sanitizing temperature.
