Observation: Wiping clothes are not being stored in a sanitizing solution.
Corrective Action: Clothes must be stored in a sanitizing solution (Quat or Bleach) between use.

Observation: Spices and dry goods in storage room are not in covered containers.
Corrective Action: Lids are required on all buckets/dry goods.

Observation: There is no paper towel available in the staff washroom and no paper towel next to the handsink in the kitchen.
Corrective Action: A paper towel dispenser is required next to the handsink. All dispensers must be stocked at all times.

Observation: There is a build-up of dry goods and food debris on shelves and floor in the dry storage area.
Corrective Action: A thorough cleaning is required in the dry storage room; this must be maintained on a regular basis.

Corrective Action: The freezer lid (or the entire freezer) must be replaced.
