Observation: The tiled wall behind the mechanical dishwasher has become moldy. It appear that this wall is not being cleaned regularly. Paint has started falling off from the dry wall above the tiled area.
Corrective Action: Regularly clean the tiled wall and repaint the dry wall above tiled area.
402   Food is protected from contamination (Sec 12(b))
Observation: Ice scoops are being stored on the top of ice machines in the back of the kitchen.
Corrective Action: Ice scoops must be stored in a washable container. Both ice scoop and the container must be regularly run through the dishwasher.
