Comments:

Initial inspection of a new food service establishment. Items that need to be finalized prior to issuing an operating permit:
1. The main prep cooler must be serviced and be capable of maintaining temperature below 4 C.
2. Final construction in the front is still ongoing - a final cleaning and sanitizing of all food contact surfaces is required prior to opening.
3. Adequate backflow prevention is required on the spray wand.

All other areas noted on the construction approval letter have been addressed.

A follow-up inspection will be conducted prior to opening.

Updated Dec. 2/08 - operator has indicated that the above items have now been addressed. Approval for opening on Dec. 5/08 has been given.
