Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

Code   Description / Observation / Corrective Action
112   Poor Sanitary Design, Construction, Installation of Equipment & Utensils
Observation: Fridge door seals are worn.
Corrective Action: Repair fridge door seals by next routine inspection. The worn door seals will lose cold air, making the unit work harder and break down sooner. Fixing the door seals will keep cooler temperatures and extend the life of your cooler - likely saving you money in the long term. The line cooler reaches 4 degrees Celsius as required at time of inspection. Continue to monitor this unit using temperature logs. Consider using the probe thermometers in a cup of water as suggested for more accurate indications of the food temperatures. Remove food from cooler if food temperatures begin exceeding 4 degrees Celsius.
116   Repeat Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Hole in floor wall joint still requires replacement
Corrective Action: Repair hole in floor-wall joint next to coffee maker by next routine inspection.
118   Other (Specify)
Observation: Temperature logs were complete, however the actual temperatures were not being recorded, instead check marks were used.
Corrective Action: Record the actual temperatures of the coolers on the temperature logs, do not use check marks.
