Comments:
Follow up to the opening inspection.
The following items from the opening inspection has now been corrected.
- The lowermost shelf on the chemical storage rack near the dishwasher has now been raised and the area underneath refinished with tiles.
- The shelf and the wall near the prep sink has been refinished.
- The cleanability of the ceiling in the walk in cooler has improved.
- The floor wall junction near the dishwasher has been sealed.
The following item remains outstanding:
- The floor behind the ice machine has been cleaned but missing tiles have not yet been replaced. Please replaced the missing tiles in this area to make it easily cleanable.
