Follow up inspection. Met with Mark and Candy at the time of this inspection.
The following items have been corrected:
- The high temperature dishwasher is now sanitizing at more than 71 degree Celsius in the rinse cycle.
-Bleach spray bottles now have >100 ppm bleach sanitizer.
