Comments:
Follow up inspection with Alma, the restaurant manager.
The following items from the previous routine inspection has been corrected:
- The line cooler has been repaired. Internal food temperature inside insert measured <5 degree Celsius. Recommend to fill the inserts below 1/3rd.
- 200 ppm quat solution is available in the spray bottle. Please label the spray bottle clearly.
- The pop nozzle holder has been cleaned. As per information provided by the manager, this nozzle and the nozzle holder is disassembled, washed and sanitized daily.
- The flour storage area is relatively clean. Review the cleaning practices in this area to include regular cleaning of the container exteriors.
- The walk in cooler floor has now been finished with a vinyl flooring.
Items still needing attention:
Please ensure that a single use paper towel is always available on the front bar to dry hands.
