Observation: Sanitizer and cleaner spray bottles are not labelled. Aprons for the food handling staff are hanged in the washroom right above the water closet. As per information provided by the operator, this washroom is not currently in use.
Corrective Action: Provide labels on the spray bottles indicating the contents and concentrations of the cleaning/sanitizing chemicals. Please keep the this water closet covered with the lid and put up a sign advising the staff not to use this washroom.
