Food surface contact cleaner should be provided, the cross connection back flow preventer valve protecting the facility potable water supply from risk of refrigerant contamination from the walk-in cooler, the plumbing pipework and loose wiring adjacent the hot water tank should be 'boxed' in leaving a smooth, cleanable surface, additional floor cleaning is required.
