Comments:

Follow up inspection.

A new 40 gallon hot water tank has now been installed. However, the facility again ran out of hot water in few minutes of running the hot water tap. The staff advises that there is 24 hour to 48 hour delay for the new tank to start working and the tank was installed few hours before this inspection.

At the time of this inspection operator Ozge, who is foodsafe certified, was present in the store. The operator advised that one of store employee will be taking the next available food safe course in Whistler. The operator to forward a copy of employee's proof course registration to the EHO by tomorrow morning . The operator also indicated that she will be hiring another staff with a foodsafe equivalent training from Ontario. The operator to send a copy of the new hire's certificate to the EHO.

Other improvements observed:
- The mixing faucet on the double sink has now been repaired.
- No constant running water into the mop sink observed this time.
- The wooden platform underneath the mixer has been cleaned. The operator is advised to remove the absorbent material from this platform to make is easily cleanable.

The following maintenance related items still need operator's attention:

- The sprayer on the double sink is leaking.
- The faucet on the hand sink needs to be secured.
- The area around the grease trap requires cleaning.

A follow up inspection is required to verify the hot water supply.
