Comments:

Follow up inspection on the request of the dishwasher technician. The plumbing contractor also present at the time of this inspection.

The dishwasher temperature barely reached 71 degree Celsius after many runs. The rinse gauge temperature is >90 degree Celsius now. Two new thermometers have now been installed at the inlet and outlet of the hot water booster. The temperature of water at the booster outlet is 95 degree Celsius. This indicates some problem with the dishwashing machine itself.

The technician to contact the dishwasher manufacturer to find out the reason of the post manifold temperature loss.

A follow up inspection is required.

The operator must provide thermal strips or a maximum registering thermometer to monitor dishwasher temperature on the dishes.
