There are also a couple shelves behind the bar where glassware is stored that cannot be easily cleaned. General Observations:
-All temperatures met regulatory requirements.
-Thermometers noted in coolers.
-Temperature logs are maintained daily.
-Hand washing station equipped with soap and paper towel.
-Dry storage area is cleaned and organized. All foods are sealed and at least 6 inches off the floor.
-No issues noted with cold food storage.
-Shellfish tags are kept on site.
-Dishwasher measured 50ppm during final rinse cycle.
-Quat sanitizing solution used on food contact surfaces measured 200ppm.
-Ventilation system is cleaned regularly, next service is due November 2013.
-No signs of pests were noted during today's visit.
