Comments:
This inspection was done as a follow up inspection to assess the situation on the grain beetle infestation and the line cooler temperatures. Some progress has been made on the cleaning the area around the dough rolling machine. The machine itself has not yet been cleaned. The flour needs to be cleaned in the hard to reach area around this shelf. A pest control professional must be hired. Do not use the dough machine until it is cleaned properly. All other actions recommended on this morning's inspection report must be carried out.
The line cooler temperature has improved but is still slightly higher than 4 Degree Celsius
All other items on the July 26 morning inspection report remains outstanding.
